The Architecture of the Body

The Path of the Load

Architecture in KÖKEN is not just bones and muscles. It is the entirety of how the system responds to life, how it carries the load, and where it transfers it.

1. Understanding and Intensity

Everything starts with Understanding. How you perceive an event determines the Intensity of it. An intensity that the system cannot process turns into a Load.

2. Y₁ — Inner System

The Inner System is the physiological layer (organs, hormones, immune system). It is the first to encounter the Load. If the Inner System cannot digest or resolve this Load, it seeks to transfer it.

3. K — Bridge

The Bridge Areas (Diaphragm, TVA, Multifidus, Pelvic Floor) are the transition points. If the Bridge is stable, the Load Transfer is healthy. If the Bridge is locked or weak, the Load gets stuck.

4. Y₂ — Outer System

The Outer System is the mechanical layer (muscles, fascia, skeleton). It is the visible surface of the Architecture. The unresolved Load from the Inner System settles in the Outer System through the Bridge. Chronic tensions, posture deviations, and pain are often the result of this Mode of Carrying.
